We are calling you to help raise the money for Kombinatas! Your money will be covering travel expenses of international participants and infrastructural improvements in the festival's campsite.

Kombinatas is a yearly summer festival in Lithuania exploring social and political ideas based on solidarity, cooperation and inclusiveness.

This year we decided to introduce a theme for whole program - which is health and well-being. Health is understood broadly – as individual and collective well-being, inseparable from societal relations and structures. Our health is affected by how and where we live, how we work, how safe we feel, how much power we have, what relationships we maintain and what air we breathe. Economic insecurity, stress at work, discrimination, rising living costs, social fragmentation, competition, loneliness, and pollution – all harms our health and hinders collective struggles for a better life for everyone.

In four main discussion panels, we will discuss mental health, climate & health crisis, social isolation and its risks, the concept of disability. We want to explore these topics from progressive political, material, social, and cultural angles and develop common visions. As usual, the night programme will offer various musical performances and dances until dawn.

With the slogan “To Our Health!” we seek to politicize the topic of health. We invite you to together reflect on how we can organize society differently to lead healthier lives, for which social justice questions are essential.
